The Client
DHARMA is a fast-growing, travel-tech startup based in London, UK and Abu Dhabi, UAE. Their innovative B2B2C business model creates, builds, launches, and operates trips for influential people and brands created around passion points - from wellness to sport to food and drink. They have launched brands in partnership with Pernod Ricard (Spirited Stories), Eric Cantona (Looking FC) and Equinox.
Engagement
We partnered with DHARMA to help launch their marketplace and associated booking engine effectively consolidating the portfolio of DHARMA travel brands into one storefront. We worked on bootstrapping initial supply on the marketplace by negotiating distribution agreements with external travel partners. Concurrently, we worked on the growth strategy for Eric Cantona’s football travel brand, Looking FC. We were able to stand up B2B acquisition channels for Looking FC, setting up partnerships with media companies, professional football teams, gambling apps and local sports bars.
