The client
InDebted is sublimating debt collection by leveraging machine learning to understand consumer preferences for servicing overdue accounts. We couple this with an exceptional customer experience to enable our clients to better support the financial wellbeing of their customers. The engagement
We’ve been working closely with InDebted for a few months on the redesign of their application. Our team has been tasked to completely redesign their digital product from the grounds up, starting with the initial user journeys and flows to the app design. Through constant check-ins with their team we’ve been gathering requirements and feedback, coming up with ideas and solutions on how to best improve their product and the experience of the people using it. We also took care of their new brand identity: from strategy and positioning to the redesign of their logo, colour scheme, typography, custom illustrations and more.
